Bulletin Submission Request

To request a bulletin announcment, please read the following guidelines:

  • All bulletin announcements should be submitted to the Parish Office 10 days prior to the publication of the bulletin.
  • Announcements should be written and complete with all the desired information. (Editing may occur for
    size and space.)
  • Requests submitted via emails should have “Bulletin Post” as the subject line so they are not overlooked.
  • All organizations are encouraged to look carefully at their advertising and plan far enough in advance of their events.
  • Every effort will be made to have announcements in the bulletin in a timely way, but there are no guarantees. There may be times the bulletin will be too full to accommodate all requests.
  • All announcements are subject to review and approval by the pstor and may be edited for size and space.

  • For Example: May 6 to 20, 2018.
  • What would you like to appear as the title of your post? This will appear in bold print above the body of your text.
  • This is the actual announcement you want in the bulletin. Being clear and brief is the best when possible.
